1. Delete the file Stream_Autocomplete_{numbers}.dat file from C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Outlook\RoamCache

2. Open Outlook.
In your Account Settings, make a note of your outgoing server address. Change this to 127.0.0.1 to prevent messages from going out in the next steps. (Otherwise, everyone will get a copy of your test message.)

3. Compose a new test message.
Click the To: button to bring up the address book. Select the drop-down at the top to select Suggested Contacts.
Select all of the contacts in the list. (Select the first one, scroll to the bottom, hold Shift then select the last.) Click To: the OK.

4. Send the message. You may get a sending error (this is OK) and the message will be stuck in the Outbox.

5. Delete the message from the Outbox.

6. Restore the outgoing server address you changed in step 2.

7. Close Outlook. Wait a few seconds.

Open Outlook and verify that autocomplete works.
